I had to choose Tammy based on the reviews of others here. It was a bit concerning to start a business relationship with someone I had never met in person. 

From day one Tammy did a great job. I had to find a property while living out of state. Tammy did some preliminary leg work for me so that I could narrow my possible choices down. Her responses were always prompt and timely.  Then when I flew in I was able to see every property I was interested in in a single day. 

I was very happy with Tammy's negotiations and her help from getting financing, to completing inspections, finding insurance and getting through closing.  She was the best and I recommend Tammy Cook without reservation.
