Tammy did a tremendous job marketing and selling my condo. She is respectful and well informed about her market and took the time to confirm her instincts as we discussed listing the property. She communicates consistently and will text–but freely gives as much time as you need to talk about a transaction. I liked that she was willing to firmly suggest price levels and gave realistic assumptions on net proceeds. Last and most importantly, she is a true pleasure and easy to work with! She will help coordinate with contractors, cleaning services, renters–whatever is needed to help facilitate the transaction. Would absolutely recommend her to help anyone sell or buy real estate in SWFL.
