I would highly recommend Tammy as your realtor as I found her to be a person of integrity and competence.  She was able to work with our listing restrictions and provided constructive feedback which ultimately resulted in a sale after 6 days on the market.  She also took the time and care to restrict potential showings to only qualified buyers, to avoid wasting time and exposing our property to unnecessary traffic.  

She responded as soon as she was able to, to any of my inquiries and concerns, since we were foreign sellers.  Overall, I really enjoyed working with her and plan to use her as a buyer's agent in the future.
