Tammy is fantastic!  She got my condos put in top notch shape so they 

sell and she kept me informed as things have developed.  Not being in the area I am really relieved that I have the properties in the capable hands of Tammy Cook.  I very happy we found her and am comfortable about leaving the properties with her to sell.
