As a first time homeowner I have to say it was a little nerve wrecking when I decided it was time to buy. However, my nerves were lessened after I met with my realtor, Tammy Cook. I told her what I wanted, the location I wanted and my price point. She assured me she had my best interests and would take care of me. I have to say she did that and more. I had so many questions going in and she always made herself available by phone, email or in person. I would talk to her for almost an hour every time, sometimes later in the evening. I knew how busy she was, yet I felt like I was her only client. I felt she treated me like her own daughter going in on her first big purchase and investment. She is honest, loyal and straightforward. Qualities I believe are what any professional should, but rarely execute. I look forward to enjoying my new home for years to come and I have Tammy Cook to thank for that.
