Tammy is very approachable and kind. She is respectful and is easy to reach. She made selling my house so easy. I had an issue with the date I had to sign to receive my check and I sent her a text and called her and we had the issue resolved. Although we couldn't reschedule the time of the signing Tammy tried to talk to those in charge and in the end it all worked out--I was never stressed with her help.
